Our Story

Helen, the founder of Helen's Pickles, grew up in a Middle Eastern household, where every meal was accompanied by an array of pickles! She has been pickling for family and close friends for over 20 years. Until one day, her daughter said, "Mom, the world needs to taste your pickles!" Just like that, Helen's Pickles was born!

Helen and her daughter, Nicole, are a mother-daughter team, operating the business and crafting pickles in small batches, based on the family recipe. All jars are made to order using fresh produce and ingredients. We'd love to bring some pizzazz to your next meal or snack with our fresh, crunchy and savory pickles!
