At Helen's Pickles, we take great pride in crafting high-quality pickles and ensuring they arrive fresh and intact at your doorstep. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the following policy.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly offer:

  • A full refund for your purchase, OR
  • A replacement jar of pickles at no extra cost, OR
  • A different item of equal or lesser value as a courtesy replacement.

Dissatisfaction with Your Purchase

We want you to love our pickles! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your product. We will work with you to:

  • Issue a full refund, OR
  • Offer an exchange for a different item of your choice.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please email us at Hello@helenspickles.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will process your refund or send your replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds may take 2 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened and consumed beyond a reasonable amount.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly through our website.
